Eletronic Government

Intending to promote the increased productivity of the State and the reduction of the costs of the processes, the Electronic Government brings an improvement in the quality of provision of services to the citizens.

To be successful in the implementation of such measures, there is a need for structural changes that go well beyond the application of new information technologies and also communication to ancient and defective processes, and that allow the adaptation of the relationship of the Government with citizens, based on their current expectations. Next, we present some of the actions that we have developed in this area:

  • Diagnosis of the stage of maturity of the e-Government.
  • Preparation of strategies for the implementation of services and processes of the e-Government.
  • Guidance of processes towards a single Government.
  • Drawing and implementation of strategies of open government.
  • Governance, Policies and Strategic Planning of TIC.
